English Learner Advisory Committee

If a school has 21 or more English Learner (EL) students, then the parents of EL students at the school must elect an English Language Advisory Council (ELAC). The ELAC must include a percentage of parents of EL students equal to or greater than the percentage of EL students in the school population.

Comité Asesor de Estudiantes de Inglés / Comité Consultivo de Aprendices de Inglés Si una escuela tiene 21 o más estudiantes aprendices de inglés (EL), los padres de los estudiantes EL en la escuela deben elegir un Consejo Asesor del Idioma Inglés (ELAC). El ELAC debe incluir un porcentaje de padres de estudiantes EL igual o mayor que el porcentaje de estudiantes EL de la població.
