The Live Well San Diego Mobile Unit will be at our Reach out to Families Resource Center ( located on Elder Avenue on the second Monday of the month beginning Monday, August 8th, 2022 from 9:00-2:45. They will be closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00 p.m.
The Live Well Mobile Unit will provide San Diego County residents with a variety of
health and community services on the go! Apply for CalFresh, CalWorks, or MediCal, get a health screening or learn about resources – right in your own community!

La Unidad Móvil live well san diego estará en nuestro Centro de Recursos (ubicado en Elder Avenue el segundo lunes del mes a partir del lunes 8 de agosto de 2022 de 9:00 a 2:45. Estarán cerrados para a la hora de comida de 12:00 a 1:00 de la tarde.
